Maktabgacha ta’lim pedagoglarining kreativ kompetentligini takomillashtirish
Abstrakt:
Maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim pedagoglar bilan qamrov darajasini oshirish, xalqaro standartlar asosida yuqori malakali, kreativ va tizimli fikrlaydigan, mustaqil qaror qabul qila oladigan kadrlar tayyorlash, ularning intellektual salohiyatlarini namoyon etish va ma‘naviy barkamol shaxs sifatida shakllanishi uchun zarur shart-sharoit yaratish kabi ma'lumotlar berilgan. Kreativ kompetentlikni shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy asoslari o‘rganilib, innovatsion yondashuvlar tavsiya etilgan. Shuningdek, pedagoglar faoliyatida kreativ yondashuvlarni amalga oshirish mexanizmlari va samaradorligini oshirish usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
Tavsif:
Jahonda xorijiy mamlakatlarning maktabgacha ta‘lim tizimlarini o‘rganish, ularning ilg‘or tajribasini tahlil etish va respublikamiz sharoitigamoslashtirish bo‘yicha aniq chora-tadbirlarni ishlab chiqish maktabgacha ta‘lim tizimini takomillashtirib, zamonaviylashtirishga imkon yaratadi.
