Abstrakt:
Ushbu maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida o‘quvchilarni kasbga yo‘naltirish mexanizmini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritiladi. Unda zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, raqamli texnologiyalar (onlayn kasbiy yo‘naltirish platformalari, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi maslahat tizimlari), psixologik diagnostika usullari hamda integratsiyalashgan o‘quv dasturlaridan samarali foydalanish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi.
Tavsif:
Jahon ta’lim muassasalarida zamonaviy va istiqbolli mehnat bozori talablarining diversifikatsiyalashuvi, o‘qitishning yangi strategiyalariga moslashtirilishi, kasbiy qiziqishlarini rivojlantirish metodikasini takomillashtirishning innovatsion modellari amaliyotga tatbiq etilmoqda. Ta’lim jarayoni subyektlari faoliyatini zamonaviy tashkil etish zamirida intellektual jihatdan taraqqiy ettirish, jismonan sog‘lom shaxslarni voyaga yetkazish, ta’lim modellarini (functional education, competencebased approach, competence model) texnologik taraqqiyot g‘oyalari bilan uyg‘unlashtirish bo‘yicha yirik ilmiy loyihalar bajarilmoqda.
