Innovatsion boshqaruvni tashkil etishda refleksiya va kreativlikning integratsiyasi: Mcdonald‘s tajribasi misolida

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada innovatsion boshqaruv tizimlarida refleksiya va kreativlikning o‘zaro dialektik bog ‘liqligi hamda ularning integratsiyalashgan holda qo ‘llanishining nazariy-amaliy ahamiyati yoritilgan. McDonald‘s korporatsiyasining global miqyosdagi boshqaruv tajribasi misolida refleksiv tahlil asosida qabul qilingan kreativ qarorlarning strategik samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko ‘ra, zamonaviy raqobat muhitida tashkilotlarning barqaror rivojlanishi reflektiv tafakkur va kreativ yondashuvning uzviy birligi bilan belgilanadi.

Zamonaviy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy sharoitda innovatsion boshqaruv nafaqat biznes subyektlari, balki ta’lim tashkilotlari faoliyatida ham strategik ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Ta’lim muassasalari bugungi kunda raqobatbardoshlik, ta’lim sifati, manfaatdor tomonlar (o‘quvchi, ota-ona, jamiyat) ehtiyojlariga moslashuv hamda barqaror rivojlanish kabi omillar bosimi ostida faoliyat yuritmoqda. P.Drucker ta’kidlaganidek, innovatsiyalar va tadbirkorlik nafaqat biznes tuzilmalari, balki barcha zamonaviy tashkilotlar faoliyatining ajralmas qismiga aylanmoqda [1:145]. Shu bois innovatsion boshqaruv refleksiya va kreativlikka asoslangan yangi boshqaruv mentalitetini talab etadi.
