Maktabgacha va maktab ta’limi tizimi uzviyligini ta’minlashda ijodiy yondashuvning strategik ahamiyati

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha va maktab ta’limi tizimi o’rtasidagi didaktik izchillikni ta’minlashda ijodiy yondashuvning strategik konseptual modellari tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim uzviyligi nafaqat me’yoriy-huquqiy mutanosiblik, balki shaxsga nisbatan yo’- naltirilgan ijodiy paradigma sifatida ko’rib chiqiladi. Shu bilan birga, ta’lim uzviyligini ta’minlashda xalqaro tajriba va zamonaviy ta’lim metodlari (STEAM) asosida fanlararo integratsiyaning mazmuni va tuzilmaviy komponentlari asoslanadi.

Maktabgacha va maktab taʼlimi tizimining uzviyligi – bu shaxsning aqliy va ruhiy rivojlanishida davomiylikni ta’minlovchi konseptual asosdir. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining “Maktabgacha va maktab taʼlimi xodimlarining uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlantirish tizimini takomillashtirish toʻgʻrisida”gi 867-son [2] Qaroriga asosan pedagoglarning uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishi uchun yetarli sharoitlar yaratish va ta’lim tizimining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ustuvor vazifa sifatida belgilangan. Ammo, maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari va maktab o‘rtasida metodik tafovutlar bor. Maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida faoliyat turi asosan o‘yin bo‘lsa, maktabda bu jarayon o‘qishga almashadi.
