Turizm va xizmatlar sohasi: O‘zbekistondagi turistik firmalarning barqaror rivojlanish omillari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston turizm va xizmatlar sohasida faoliyat yurituvchi turistik firmalarning barqaror rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tadqiq qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida turistik firmalarga so‘rovnoma o‘tkazilib, ularning moliyaviy barqarorligi, xizmat sifatini oshirish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, marketing strategiyalari va xodimlar malakasini oshirish kabi asosiy omillar aniqlangan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, barqaror rivojlanish firmalarning iqtisodiy samaradorligi, mijozlar ishonchi va raqobatbardoshligini mustahkamlash bilan bog‘liq. Tadqiqot O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasidagi firmalar uchun strategik rejalashtirish va innovatsion yechimlarni qo‘llashda muhim tavsiyalar beradi.

O‘zbekiston turizm sohasi so‘nggi yillarda mamlakat iqtisodiyotining muhim tarmoqlaridan biri sifatida jadal rivojlanmoqda. Turizm nafaqat xorijiy valyuta tushumlarini oshirish, balki mintaqaviy rivojlanish, ish o‘rinlari yaratish va xizmatlar sifatini yaxshilash imkonini beradi. Ayniqsa, turistik firmalarning barqaror rivojlanishi mamlakatning uzoq muddatli iqtisodiy strategiyasiga, jumladan “O‘zbekiston-2030” milliy rivojlanish dasturiga mos keladi. Ushbu dastur doirasida turizm infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish, xizmatlar sifatini oshirish va raqobatbardosh turistik mahsulotlarni rivojlantirish kabi maqsadlar belgilangan bo‘lib, ular turistik firmalar faoliyatida barqarolikni ta’minlashni muhim vazifa sifatida belgilaydi.
